3-Day Replacement Policy (Damaged Items Only)

We offer a 3-day replacement policy, which means you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your product if there is any damage.

Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement will be provided only if the product is received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must provide clear pictures and an unboxing video showing the damage

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, please contact us at hello@graphiqally.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • An unedited unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Requests without proper photo and video proof will not be accepted.

Replacement Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement product

  • No refund will be provided under any circumstances

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • All products are non-refundable

  • Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return or replacement unless damaged
